I’m Rakesh, founder of PEBC and a business owner turned business coach. Before coaching, I spent over 15 years building and scaling two businesses—one in retail food and one in transport and logistics. Both are now fully systemised and operate without my day-to-day involvement. I know what it’s like to be stuck working in the business—long hours, constant pressure, and firefighting. I also know what real freedom feels like when the right systems, structure, and team are in place. That’s why I started PEBC—to help serious business owners achieve real results using proven, real-world strategies, not theory or motivation. Most clients begin with our 4-Week Business Foundation Program to gain clarity and a clear roadmap. From there, we support growth through our 12-Month Coaching Program or small group coaching. I coach because I genuinely enjoy helping business owners build freedom, control, and sustainable growth—and I’m fully committed to every client I work with
